Pumpkin Bread

Pumpkin & Linseed Bread

  • 600g Cummins Milling Soy & Linseed Bread Premix
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of dry yeast
  • 600ml water
  • 50g pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds)
  • 100g finely chopped pumpkin (5mm x 5mm)


  1. Place all the ingredients in the bread machine.
  2. Set the machine on normal setting.
